Service of assigning workers for temporary performance of work The subject of the procurement are services of assigning workers by a temporary employment agency, in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Law (Official Gazette 93/14, 127/17, 98/19, 151/22, 64/23), conditions and requirements from this Procurement documentation and cost sheet from the attachment. The performance of procurement services should be in accordance with legal and by-law regulations and the rules of the profession. Assignment of workers is carried out for the temporary performance of tasks from the Client's activities, which according to due to their nature, organization of work and standards and rules of the profession, they fall within the purview of the Employer's jobs and jobs. For the needs of the Client, it is necessary to assign an approximate amount of 14 workers (5 assistant cooks, 1 cook, 8 cleaners). Service will be used successively and according to actual needs, and the client is not obliged to claim the entire number of workers provided for assignment. If it is about foreign workers, the selected tenderer is obliged to carry out the procedure of obtaining documentation for workers and/or ensure that the competent authorities of the Republic of Croatia issue appropriate documentation. Within 15 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, the tenderer/service provider is obliged to submit to the Client a proposal of the candidate with proof of the undertaking of legally required activities for obtaining a work permit and other conditions for starting work in the Republic of Croatia.
