Safety technology maintenance and repair services Maintenance services for camera surveillance systems The City of Turku's procurement services is requesting bids for the maintenance and repair services of the City of Turku's security technology and camera surveillance systems maintenance services. The procurement establishes a framework arrangement for the period 1 August 2026 - 31 July 2030, after which the contract can be extended by two (2) two (2) year option periods. The procurement includes the maintenance, repair, maintenance services and new acquisition of equipment. There are currently around 400 crime reporting targets, which includes small individual buildings to large complexes. Camera surveillance is currently in approx. 300 locations, which includes individual ones from cameras to large entities. There are approx. 100 fire alarm sites, which are mainly in early childhood education sites. The security technology service, repair and maintenance service does not include cabling, except for small components without taking The camera surveillance maintenance service includes maintenance of March and Mirasys systems. The procurement is described in this call for tenders and its attachments. The subset concerns the March Networks and Mirasys camera surveillance system used by the subscriber (central server) and the devices connected to it (cameras, camera recorders, IO devices of camera recorders) maintenance and service.
