Service and maintenance services for access control systems and new contracts Service and maintenance services for locking systems and new contracts Service and maintenance services for electronic key cabinets, as well as new contracts PROCUREMENT OBJECT AND PARTS The object of the acquisition is Service and maintenance services for VTT's physical access control systems, access control, locking, and the electronic Traka key cabinet system, as well as their system extensions and procurement of new devices that are compatible with existing systems. The basic principle of the systems is one unified entity per system, which has centralized management and covers VTT's sites nationwide. The systems contain hardware implementations of different sizes and ages. Note More specific system and device information is presented in the tender request attachments 1.1-1.3. The request for tender is divided into three (3) areas: "Physical access control services" 1. Service and maintenance services for access control systems and new contracts 2. Locking systems service and maintenance services and new contracts 3. Service and maintenance services for electronic key cabinets and new contracts The tenderer can submit his tender in either one or more areas. Partial offers within sub-areas are not allowed. The sub-areas, their content and requirements are described in more detail in the sections and appendices of this document.
