Email: Login to see tender_detailsLogin to see details Tender Details SUBJECT AND PARTS OF THE PROCUREMENT The subject of the procurement is the service and maintenance services of VTT's physical access control systems, access control, locking and the Traka electronic key cabinet system, as well as their system extensions and new, existing acquisitions of equipment compatible with the systems. The basic principle of the systems is one unified entity per system, which has centralized management and covers VTT's sites nationwide. The systems include different sizes and old hardware implementations. Note More detailed system and device information is presented in attachments 1.1-1.3 of the tender request. The request for tender is divided into three (3) sub-areas: "Physical access control services"1. Access control systems maintenance and maintenance services and new contracts2. Service and maintenance services for locking systems and new contracts3. Service and maintenance services for electronic key cabinets, as well as new contracts. The tenderer can leave his offer in either one or more sub-areas. Sub-areas internal partial offers are not allowed. The sub-areas, their content and requirements are described in more detail in the parts and appendices of this document. The procurement is concluded in a framework agreement without sub-areas (service and contract part) with one selected contract supplier with.
