The subject of the order is the service and maintenance of the Fixed Fire Extinguishing Device, including: detection, signaling and extinguishing control system in the server room in the Rektorska 4 building at ul. Rektorska 4 in Warsaw. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order (OPZ) is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3.Other terms of the order are included in the draft provisions of the contract (PPU), which constitute Annex 2 to the SWZ. 4. The Ordering Party provides for the requirements regarding the employment of persons referred to in Art. 95 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law: a) the ordering party requires employment under the contract work by the contractor or subcontractor of 2 (two) persons performing activities during the execution of the order, i.e. activities specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the order, b) employment should be based on an employment contract about art. 22 § 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code.
