Tender Details

1.1. The subject of the order is the provision of maintenance and development services for the System in the module: HR (PA, PY, PT) in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party, and the above services will be provided: a. as part of the basic order in the scope of provision of maintenance and development services in the number of 20 man-hours ordered from the date of conclusion of the contract until December 31, 2026. b. under the option right to provide maintenance and development services, up to 300 man-hours ordered from the date of conclusion contract until June 30, 2028 or until the gross value of the contract specified in § 4 section 1 or the exhaustion of the number of man-hours under the option right, whichever occurs sooner. In the scope of an order covered by option law The Ordering Party has only the right, and not the obligation, to use the maintenance and development services of the System. In this respect, the Contractor is not entitled to claim for ordering the provision of System maintenance services. A detailed description of the subject of the order and its method implementation is included in Annex No. 2 to the request for quotation - draft contract.
