1. The subject of the contract is the provision in 2024 ÷ 2026 to the indicated in Annex 7 to the planned provisions of the contract being Annex 1 to SWZ, Military Units of the Polish Armed Forces, hereinafter referred to as the User listed in Annex 1 to the planned provisions of the contract, i.e. performing repairs (improvements), service work (service), implementation of technical newsletters, providing technical assistance (engineering support) and metrological control, along with the delivery or exchange of technical material funds (TŚM), if it is necessary to maintain the efficiency of aviation technology equipment. Services should be performed in accordance with the technical documentation of the equipment manufacturers indicated in Annex 1 to the planned provisions of the contract, and the persons indicated in Annex 10 to the planned provisions of the contract carrying out service activities being the subject of the contract should have the rights of equipment manufacturers to perform the service. 2.
