"Service - repair and technical support of the SKYctrl system for detecting and counteracting unmanned aerial vehicles in the years 2026 - 2029." 1. The subject of the order is "Service - repair and technical support of the detection and countermeasure system SKYctrl unmanned aircraft in the years 2026 - 2029”, performed in accordance with the order documents. 2. The services that are the subject of the order in 2027, 2028 and 2029 will be performed provided that the Ordering Party receives the appropriate 2026, 2027 and 2028 confirmation from the Logistics Authority about the allocation of funds for a given financial year. After receiving confirmation of having the financial resources referred to above, the Ordering Party will immediately notify the Contractor of the need for implementation the scope of the Agreement provided for in 2027, 2028 and 2029, respectively. 4. Details regarding the subject of the order and the offer evaluation criteria will be included in the Terms of Reference, which will be provided together with a description of the subject of the order. Contractors invited to submit offers. 1. The subject of the order is "Service - repair and technical support of the SKYctrl system for detecting and counteracting unmanned aerial vehicles in the years 2026 - 2029" - quantities according to the needs of the Polish Armed Forces, performed in accordance with the order documents. 2.
