Server delivery 1) The subject of the order is the delivery of a server, specified in Annex 2 to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as "equipment". The subject of the order should be brand new, unused, from current production (i.e. not older than 2025), have appropriate certificates allowing for sale and use in the territory of the Republic of Poland. The contractor is obliged to provide free warranty service of the equipment. 2) The scope of the order also includes the delivery of equipment to the Ordering Party's headquarters along with unloading, bringing to the place indicated by the Ordering Party, as well as a 5-year subscription to the software provided with the equipment, access to the manufacturer's service portal, access to knowledge and technical information regarding the offered equipment and its system, as well as conducting training for 5 people of the IT team in the field of administration of the delivered Subject of the order. 3) Software that is part of the subject of the order cannot violate the law or legally protected goods personal or property rights of third parties or rights to intangible goods, in particular copyrights, related rights, rights from the registration of industrial designs and protection rights to trademarks. 4) Order completion date - up to 60 days from daty otrzymania zamówienia.
