Server delivery. 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a server, hereinafter referred to as "equipment". 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. The order creates an inseparable whole. Tailored for SMEs. 4. Other conditions for the implementation of the contract are specified in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 5.
