The subject of the order is the delivery of a server - Dell PowerEdge 7615 server, 1 piece. The contractor must ensure the proper operation of the supplied equipment for 5 years from the date of signing the delivery acceptance protocol without any reservations. The ordering party expects to provide advance payments. Detailed provisions in this regard are included s the contract in 9 Advance payment. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in a. No. 1 to the SWZ offer form in point 25. The ordering party requires the offered equipment to meet the EU declaration of conformity and to apply the CE marking to the devices. The ordering party does not require the above-mentioned declaration to be presented when submitting offers. Detailed information regarding the description and implementation of the subject of the order is included in this specification and its annexes, including the draft contract (Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ). All requirements specified in the documents indicated above constitute minimum requirements, and their fulfillment is obligatory. Failure to meet the above-mentioned minimum requirements will result in rejection of the offer as inconsistent with the terms of the contract pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 5 of the Act Pzp.
