Products or services: National transportation services by barges The Chilean Antarctic Institute, hereinafter also INACH, requires contracting the parking service of the RS Karpuj Scientific Ship in the city of Punta Arenas, according to the Request of Purchase NO 72, dated March 4, 2026 from the INACH Expeditions Department. The Karpuj ship, being an important asset of the service, requires preserving its integrity and operability during the period of commercial paralysis at the end of the ECA, for which which the ship must be stranded in a shipyard that can comply with current regulations, according to the conditions expressed in these Administrative Bases and the specifications detailed in the Technical Bases.
