Description : The Philippine Fiber Industry Development Authority (PhilFIDA), thru its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites all service providers, manufacturers, suppliers and distributors to send their sealed bids/quotations within seven (7) calendar days from publication hereof, for the supply/delivery of the items enumerated below:
Sequencing of Various DNA Samples
- at least 15GB to 20GB data output for Whole Genome Sequenced (WGS) samples
- double-passed Sanger sequencing for low base count samples, inclusive of clean-up
- Inclusive of one-time sample quality check per sample
- one-time library preparation using TruSeq Nano DNA Library (350bp insert) kit or equivalent technology, and library QC for WGS sample
- sequencing using novaseq 6000 platform or equivalent technology, with 150bp paired-end setting for WGS Samples
- inclusive of shipment of samples under temperature-controlled containers
- results will be obtained via external hard-drive and/or downloadable FTP link
- turn-around of at most 4 weeks after signing of P.O.
