The Dayton Veterans Administration Medical Center (VAMC) has a requirement to provide preventative maintenance to all reverse osmosis systems and water softeners.

Contract Title. RO and Water Softener & Hemodialysis Services
Background: Contractor shall provide all parts, material, labor, and supervision, to provide services necessary to provide services within this statement of work.
Scope: Provide preventative maintenance to all reverse osmosis systems and water softeners. Must strictly adhere to latest versions of ANSI/AAMI ST108- Water for Processing Medical Devices and VHA Directive 1061 Prevention of Health Care Associated Legionella Disease and Scald Injury from Water Systems.
Specific Tasks: Vendor will report to Robert Rhoad (COR) in the engineering department prior before and immediately after completion of services. Worker(s) will wear identification badges provided by VA when working on the VA campus or VA leased property. Keys may be picked up in B-128, room 133A. Keys are to be returned to B-128, room 133A at the end of each day. All service reports will be emailed to [email protected]
