Tender Details

The object of the demolition contract is a disused former service station building in Alppila at Kaarnatie 30, 90530 Oulu. The area of the maintenance building is approx. 750 m2. The content of the contract is described in more detail in the documents attached to the request for tender. To the destination demolition and AHA surveys have been made, which are attached to the tender request. According to the preliminary schedule, the demolition works can be started in May 2026 and they must be ready and handed over to the customer no later than the end of September 2026. the condition for submitting an offer is to participate in the organized target presentation. The target introductions will take place on Monday, April 20. at 12 and Tue 21.4. at 12. There is no need to register separately for the presentations.
