The subject of the public contract is a complete reconstruction and expansion of the existing house No. 50 in Provostov to a modern barrier -free building of social services with a capacity of 14 users (a weekly station and relief service). The building part includes the remediation and modifications of a two -storey building with a residential attic, an extension of the building and a separate glazed elevator shaft, which increases the total built -up area of ​​the building. The contract includes changes in the layout of the rooms (single and double rooms, social spaces, staff background), lift to all floors, barrier -free entrances and outdoor modifications for the movement of people with limited mobility. The contract also includes the capacity of connections (water, sewerage, nn, gas), installation of condensing gas boiler with underfloor heating, two HVAC units with recuperation and cooling, drainage system against radon and other professions (statics, PBR, ZTI, electro, PENB class B). The winning supplier will also ensure the building approval.
