Products or services: Maintenance and support of proprietary systems Much of the technological infrastructure and servers used for information processing and communication are located in the SENAPRED Data Center. All these systems are in production and require specialized support to guarantee their operation. The Data Center is a physical place specially conditioned for the installation of servers and communications equipment, it has an environment air-conditioned with controlled temperature and humidity, it also has an electrical supply system that protects from supply interruptions through the use of UPS and generator set and fire detection and extinction systems. Due to the technical complexity of the Data Center components and the need for it to operate correctly means that it is necessary to hire a specialized operational continuity service, which carries out maintenance and monitoring of the components.
