SEMINAR PACKAGE (Inclusive Meals, Snacks, Accommodations & Other Amenities)
1. The Municipality of Balamban, through the GAD Fund - (Mayor-s Office) Training Expense, intends to apply the sum of SIX HUNDRED FOUR THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (₱ 604, 800.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SEMINAR PACKAGE (Inclusive Meals, Snacks, Accommodations & Other Amenities). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Balamban, now invites bids for SEMINAR PACKAGE (Inclusive Meals, Snacks, Accommodations & Other Amenities). Delivery of Goods is required 30 days after the issuance of the Notice of Award.
