Addendum No. 1 5/1/2026: Solicitation due date and time has been extended to May 11, 2026, at 2 pm CT.PURPOSE. The purpose of this one-time purchase Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation is to have a Contractor furnish and install two (2) semi-automatic turntable stretch wrap machines with pre-stretch heads, and deliver to MINNCOR Industries, located in Moose Lake, MN. The first system will require the ramp, and no scale, and the second system will require the integrated scale and ramp. Contractor will also be responsible for providing the onsite training. Contractor must provide cost detail of unit to include equipment, delivery, installation, required accessories, in-person training, and a three (3) year warranty package in one lump sum total in SWIFT at the unit line level. This total must also include any applicable taxes. Responders should submit an itemized list for the total cost entered with their proposal submission, and provide equipment specifications. The itemized list cost total must match the cost submitted in SWIFT at the unit line level.See Exhibit C Specifications in the Sample Contract and Exhibits document for detailed information.
