SEM Port - door unit for scanning electron microscope As part of an R&D infrastructure project funded by FFG&EFRE, BOKU Vienna would like to purchase a specific door unit (SEM port) for the scanning electron microscope (TESCAN SEM). This door should have a feedthrough for truck tension and ultrasonic fatigue and include an object stage that allows the in-situ visualization of fatigue cracks with simultaneous cyclic loading with ultrasound under possible preload in the SEM enabled.
