Announcement of public bid

The General Housing Corporation announces a public bidding to sell a broad share of /185.715/ share of division No. / 29 / -a residential villa on the island / 12 / in the expansion of the new suburb + 75% of the frequent floor area.

A- The approximate area of the division: /167 /m 2 hundred and sixty-seven square meters.

B- The total floor area: /455 /m2 only four hundred and fifty-five square meters.

C- The shareholder share: /185.715/ shares only one hundred and eighty-five, seven hundred and fifteen shares, which is equivalent to/ 35.2/ m 2 D- The construction is subject to the construction control system in the Damascus countryside.

The bidding takes place in the building of the General Housing Corporation in the Al -Mazzeh area, next to Dar Al -Baath.

The Syrian citizens wish to participate in this bidding to submit a written request to the Office of the General Housing Corporation during the period from the date of the announcement to the tenth o'clock from Thursday, on 23/5/2024 hours, the opening of the bidding was accompanied by the following stations:

تعلن المؤسسة العامة للإسكان عن إجراء مزايدة علنية لبيع حصة سهمية قدرها /185.715/ سهم من المقسم رقم /29/ -فيلا سكنية في الجزيرة /12/ في توسع ضاحية قدسيا الجديدة - مرحلة أولى بمحافظة ريف دمشق مؤلف من ثلاثة طوابق (أرضي+ طابقين متكررين) + ملحق 75% من مساحة الطابق المتكرر.
أ- مساحة المقسم التقريبية: /167/م2 مائة وسبع وستون متراً مربعاً لاغير.
ب- المساحة الطابقية الاجمالية: /455/م2 فقط أربعمائة وخمس وخمسون متراً مربعاً لاغير.
ج- الحصة السهمية: /185.715/ سهم فقط مائة وخمس وثمانون فاصلة سبعمائة وخمسة عشر سهماً لاغير والتي تعادل/35.2/ م2 طابقي فقط خمس وثلاثون فاصلة اثنان متراً مربعاً طابقياً لاغير.
د- يخضع البناء الى نظام ضابطة البناء في محافظة ريف دمشق.
تجري المزايدة في مبنى المؤسسة العامة للإسكان في منطقة المزة - جانب دار البعث.
فعلى من يرغب من المواطنين السوريين الاشتراك بهذه المزايدة التقدم بطلب خطي إلى ديوان المؤسسة العامة للإسكان خلال الفترة الممتدة من تاريخ الإعلان إلى الساعة العاشرة من يوم الخميس الواقع في 23/5/2024 ساعة افتتاح المزايدة مرفقاً بالثبوتيات التالية:
