"Selection of a team for the overall management of the project "For cleaner air in the municipality of Pernik, by replacing solid fuel heating devices with ecological alternatives" financed under procedure No. BG16FFPR002-5.002 "For cleaner air!"(2) under priority 5 "Air" of the "Environment" Program 2021-2027."
V rawithin the scope of their competences and obligations, the contractor's experts should participate in the implementation of the following main activities: • Coordination, monitoring and control of the execution of contracts with external contractors • Preparation and coordination of the documentation and correspondence related to thethe completion of the project; • Checking and updating the project activities, coordinating the change of the work schedule with the Governing Body of the 2021-2027 POS; • Maintaining an adequate audit trail for all payments made • Verification of expenses, incl. performing a comprehensively observedand monitoring the financial and physical progress of the project to confirm the acceptability of costs. • Before each payment, performing a 100% documentary check and inspection at the place of implementation of the project activities to certify the performance of the activities requested for payment.• Preparation of requests for payments, containing a financial and technical report to the MA of POS 2021-2027. • If necessary, performs additional on-site inspections of the contractors of the various project activities. • Communicates with project stakeholders and requires expe...
