The procedure is carried out with the aim of selecting a supplier of low-voltage active electrical energy and a coordinator of a standard balancing group for the supply of objects owned by the Municipality of General Toshevo, in accordance with the Energy Act (EE), the Rules for trade in electric energy (PTEE), the Rules for measuring the quantity of electric energy (PIKEE) and the Public Procurement Act (PPA). With this public procurement, the Municipality of General Toshevo, in its capacity as an end customer, within the meaning of the Law on energy, aims to choose: Supplier of electrical energy - low voltage for the objects specified in Appendix No. 1 to the Technical Specification, which is an integral part of this documentation and Standard Balancing Coordinator group.
