"Selecting a net active electricity provider energy and coordinator of a balancing group for objects provided for the management of the Social Assistance Agency, RDSP - Pleven and DSP on the territory of the district" The subject of the order is the supply of net active electrical energy at the "low" level tension' and carrying out the duties of a balancing group coordinator. During the delivery, electrical energy should be delivered with the quality and order, as provided for in the Law on Energy (ZE) and the rest normative acts that regulate public relations related to the supply of electric energy (including the regulations to the Energy Act, the Rules for Trading in Electric Energy (PTEE) and the Rules for Measuring the amount of electrical energy (PIKEE). The purpose of awarding the public contract is to conclude a contract for combined services within the meaning of Art. 20 of PTEE, namely purchase of electrical energy and payment of all used by the Contracting Authority as end customer services: "access to the electricity transmission and/or distribution network", "transmission of electricity through the electricity transmission and/or distribution network" and "responsibility for balancing", as well as settlement of relations in relation to the payment of the amounts due for network services for the relevant price period.
