The procedure for awarding the public contract is for the supply of electricity on a free basis agreed prices according to Art. 100, Art. 101, Art. 102 and Art. 103 of the Law on Energy (EE), Rules for Trading in Electric Energy (PTEE) and the Law on Public Procurement (PPP).
In the capacity of coordinator of a balancing group, the contractor should:- forecast the consumption of the Contracting Authority's facilities and to carry out planning and negotiation of the specific amounts of low voltage net active electrical energy. Regarding the planning and negotiation of specific amounts of net active electricity, PTEE applies. The relevant planning and negotiation actions are carried out by The contractor, in his capacity as the coordinator of the standard balancing group.- prepares daily schedules for the supply of electricity taking into account the expected hourly load for the sites; - sends daily schedules to the market administration system of the electricity system operator according to the provisions of PTEE; - confirms on behalf of the contracting authority the delivery schedules in the market administration system of the electricity system operator in accordance with the provisions of PTEE; - ensures the balancing responsibility by settling the deviations from the requested quantities electricity for each period of settlement of accounts (settlement) in the daily delivery schedules and their payment, as all costs/incomes for balancing the sites of the Contracting Authority are ...
