Selection of a supplier of active net electrical energy and coordinator of a balancing group for low voltage for the needs of RZOK-Razgrad 1. The subject of this order is "Selection of a supplier of active net electrical energy and coordination balancing group for low voltage for the needs of RZOK - Razgrad". The supply of electricity must be in accordance with the current regulatory documents: Energy Act (E), Electricity Trade Rules (PTEE) and Regulations to measure the amount of electrical energy (PIKEE). Regarding the planning and negotiation of specific amounts of net active electrical energy, PTEE applies. 2. The performance of the subject of the order includes the performance of the following main activities: 2.1. Delivery of the necessary amounts of net active electrical energy for low voltage, specified in item 2.4 of the Technical requirements and specifications, annex to this documentation, with possible positive or negative deviations direction. The estimated amount of electrical energy of 65 MWh does not oblige the Employer to use it. The contracting authority reserves the right to change the quantity consumed depending on the need, and the contractor undertakes to deliver the required amount of electricity per day, per month and for the entire period of supply. 2.2.
