Selection of a supplier of active net electrical energy and a coordinator of a balancing group for low voltage for the needs of the RZOK - Pernik The subject of this order is "Selection of a supplier of active net electrical energy and a balancing coordinator low voltage group for the needs of RZOK - Pernik". The supply of electric energy must be in accordance with the current regulatory documents: the Energy Act (E), the Electricity Trade Rules (PTEE) and the Metering Rules of the amount of electrical energy (PIKEE). Regarding the planning and negotiation of specific amounts of net active electrical energy, PTEE applies. The performance of the subject of the order includes the performance of the following main activities: 1. The supply of the necessary amount of net active electrical energy at low voltage is specified in item 1.1 of the Technical requirements and specifications, Appendix No. 1 to this documentation, with possible deviations in positive or negative direction. The total estimated amount of electricity supply for a period of 12 months is 52 MWh. The estimated amount of electricity does not oblige the Employer to use it. The contracting authority reserves the right to change the consumption quantity depending on the arising need, and the contractor undertakes to supply the necessary quantity of electricity for a day, for a month and for the entire period of supply. 2.
