Selection of a supplier of active net electric energy and a coordinator of a balancing group for low voltage for the needs of the RZOK - Pazardzhik 1. The supply of electrical energy must be in accordance with the current regulatory documents: Law on the Energy Agency (EE), the Rules for Trading in Electric Energy (PTEE) and the Rules for Measuring the Quantity of Electric Energy (PIKEE). With regard to the planning and negotiation of specific quantities of net active electrical energy apply PTEE. 2. The performance of the subject of the order includes the performance of the following main activities: 2.1. Regarding the supply of the necessary amounts of net active electrical energy of low voltage possible deviations in positive or negative direction, are specified in the Technical Specification, Appendix No. 1 to the documentation. The total estimated amount of electricity supply for a period of 12 months is 120 MWh. The estimated amount of electrical energy is not binding The contracting authority shall use it. The contracting authority reserves the right to change the amount consumed depending on the need, and the contractor undertakes to deliver the necessary amount of electricity per day, per month and for the entire period of the delivery. 2.2.
