"Selection of a supplier of active net electric energy and a coordinator of a balancing group for low voltage for the needs of RZOK -Targovishte" 1. Subject of the public procurement The subject of this procurement is "Selection of a supplier of active net electricity energy and coordinator of a balancing group for low voltage for the needs of РОЗОК -Targovishte". The supply of electrical energy must be in accordance with the current regulatory documents: the Energy Act (EE), the Rules for Trading in electrical energy (PTEE) and Rules for measuring the amount of electrical energy (PIKEE). Regarding the planning and negotiation of specific amounts of net active electrical energy, PTEE applies. 2. The performance of the subject of the order includes performing the following basic activities 2.1. Delivery of the necessary amounts of net active low voltage electrical energy, specified in item 2.4 of the Technical requirements and specifications, annex to this documentation, with possible deviations in a positive or negative direction. The estimated amount of electrical energy of 65 MWh for a period of two years does not oblige the Employer to use it. The contracting authority reserves the right to change the quantity consumed depending on the need arose, and the contractor undertakes to deliver the necessary amount of electricity for a day, for a month and for the entire period of delivery. 2.2.
