1. The subject of this order is "Selection of active net electric energy supplier and coordinator of a balancing group for low voltage for the needs of RZOK - Ruse". The supply of electrical energy must be in accordance with the current ones normative documents: Law on Energy (EE), the Rules for Trading in Electric Energy (PTEE) and Rules for the Measurement of the amount of electrical energy (PIKEE). In terms of planning and negotiating specific quantities of net active electrical energy apply PTEE. 2. The performance of the subject of the order includes the performance of the following main activities: 2.1. Delivery of the necessary amounts of net active electrical energy for low voltage, specified in item 2.4 of The technical requirements and specifications, annex to the documentation of the order, with possible deviations in a positive or negative direction. The estimated amount of electrical energy of 100 MWh does not obligates the Employer to use it. Your employer reserves the right to change the consumed quantity depending on the need, and the contractor undertakes to deliver what is needed amount of electricity per day, per month and for the entire period of supply. 2.2.
