Tender Details

1. Subject of the public order The subject of this order is "Selection of a supplier of active net electric energy and a coordinator of a balancing group for low voltage for the needs of RZOK - Shumen". The supply of electrical energy must be in accordance with the current regulatory documents: the Energy Act (E), the Electricity Trade Rules (PTEE) and the Electricity Quantity Measurement Rules (PIKEE). In terms of planning and negotiating specific amounts of net active electrical energy are applied PTEE. 2. The performance of the subject of the order includes the performance of the following main activities: 2.1 Delivery of the required quantities of net active low voltage electrical energy specified in the Technical requirements and specifications, annex to this documentation, with possible deviations in a positive or negative direction. The estimated amount of electrical energy of 85 MWh does not oblige the Employer to use it, nor does it limit it in consumption. The contracting authority reserves the right to change the amount consumed depending on the need, and the contractor undertakes to deliver the necessary amount of electricity per day, per month and for the entire period of the delivery. 2.2.
