This is a concession procedure.. The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a contract for the operation of sewers for public use owned by the municipality of Nošovice (hereinafter referred to as "concession contracts" or "operation contracts"), i.e. the contract for operation in the sense of § 8 paragraph 2 of Act no. 274/2001 Coll., on water pipes and sewers for public use and on the amendment of certain laws (Water Pipes and Sewerage Act), as amended (hereinafter referred to as "ZoVaK") with the right to select a sewer belonging to the concessionaire in the sense of Section 8, paragraphs 13 and 14 of the ZoVaK, the subject of which will be the concessionaire's lease of sewerage and WWTP owned by the municipality of Nošovice and the concessionaire's obligation to ensure the proper operation of this property in accordance with the relevant provisions of ZoVaK.
