PJSC VF Ukraine (Company) invites participants to participate in the tender Selection of a service provider for attestation of stationary fall protection systems in 2026 - 2028. This tender is not considered a competition and, therefore, does not rely on the Company the corresponding number of civil legal obligations in accordance with the Civil Code of Ukraine. The deadline for submitting a tender offer is 17:00 (Kyiv time) 06/23/2026. Proposals submitted after this deadline will not be considered. In case of refusal to participate in the tender, please indicate the reason. Technical stage - qualification of participants At this stage, the compliance of participants with mandatory technical and qualification requirements is checked. Technical proposals of participants are considered as a priority. Only suppliers that fully meet the established criteria are admitted to further consideration of the commercial part of their proposals. A detailed list of objects will be provided only to bidders who have passed the qualification and signed a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). 2. Commercial stage Only people are admitted to this stage qualified participants. The stage includes: analysis of submitted commercial offers; conducting negotiations or an auction (if necessary) among participants who meet all technical and mandatory requirements.
