The subject of the contract is the acquisition of a service in which the applicant will undertake to maintain, store and ensure the availability of oil supplies owned by the applicant within the meaning of § 8 par. 2 of Act 218/2013 Coll. about emergencyOil and petroleum products and on the solution of oil emergency and on amendments to certain acts (hereinafter referred to as the "Emergency Stock Act") in the specified quantity, as well as in the specified qualitative and quantitative parameters and comply with other requirements and obligations provided for providedAgreement on the storage and protection of emergency stocks and the relevant technical and/or generally binding legal regulations (in particular the Emergency Inventory Act).
