Selection of recognized emergency oil stockpiles from 01/07/2026 Description: The goal of the announced public procurement is the selection of a recognized emergency oil stockpiles, whose storage, protection and availability will be provided for the Agency the winning bidder whose bid for storage will be accepted by the Agency. A recognized warehouse will store emergency supplies in the form of so-called ticketing, according to § 8 par. 2 of Act No. 218/2013 Coll. on emergency stocks of oil and oil products and on the solution to the oil situation emergency and on the amendment and addition of certain laws (hereinafter referred to as "Act No. 218/2013 Coll."), i.e. emergency oil stocks will be owned by a recognized storage company (successful bidder), which will provide oil storage and protection services and will conclude with the Agency the contract on the storage and protection of emergency resources, which contains the entrepreneur's obligation to release emergency resources in accordance with the government's decision according to § 14 par. 6 or par. 7 of Act No. 218/2013 Z. z.. Total procured volume of the subject of the contract: 38, 000 tonsBeginning storage of oil as emergency supplies is 01.07.2026. The subject of the order is not divided into parts, the applicant must offer a storage service for the entire required volume of oil.
