DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE PROJECT The subject of the Project will include its joint implementation, consisting in the design, construction and operation of parking lots multi-level buildings in the center of the City of Łódź in the locations indicated in the PPP Agreement, in particular: 1.Incurring expenses for the implementation of the Project by the Private Partner to the extent specified in the PPP agreement (financing ventures); 2. Preparation of all necessary design documentation and obtaining all necessary administrative decisions in order to start, carry out and accept the construction of multi-storey car parks in designated locations in technology that takes into account the conditions and possibilities of development of the mentioned locations to the extent resting with the Private Partner and the principles specified in the PPP Agreement; 3.Construction, based on the developed design documentation and obtained decisions administrative, multi-storey car parks in technology taking into account the conditions and development possibilities of the mentioned locations, which will be specified in the description of the subject of the partnership at the stage of Invitation to submit offers, as a result of...
