DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE PROJECT Subject The project will include joint implementation consisting in the design, construction and operation of multi-storey car parks in the center of the City of Łódź in the locations indicated in the PPP Agreement, in particular: 1. To be borne by the Partner Private expenses for the implementation of the Project to the extent specified in the PPP agreement (financing the Project); 2. Preparation of all necessary design documentation and obtaining all necessary administrative decisions for the purpose starting, carrying out and accepting the construction of multi-storey car parks in designated locations using technology that takes into account the conditions and possibilities of development of the mentioned locations to the extent resting with the Private Partner and the rules specified in the PPP Agreement; 3.Construction, on the basis of the developed design documentation and obtained administrative decisions, of multi-storey car parks in a technology that takes into account the conditions and development possibilities of the mentioned locations, which will be specified in description of the subject of the partnership at the stage of Invitation to submit offers, as a result of negotiations with Contractors.
