1) The subject of the order is the selection of the operator responsible for the implementation of professional competitions for students - participants of the project "Regional support for the development of vocational education" co-financed by the European Union under the Funds program European for Pomerania 2021-2027.2) The Ordering Party requires comprehensive implementation of the order, i.e. in particular: a) development of regulations for the professional competition for a given Key Area and the method of conducting it, including determining the competition issues, the regulations of the professional competition should include in particular: the scope of knowledge and skills required from its participants, the rules of participation in the professional competition, the conditions for organizing the professional competition, taking into account the needs and capabilities of students disabled, conditions for obtaining titles for taking 1st, 2nd and 3rd place; b) organizing online training of 5 teaching hours (one teaching hour is 45 minutes) in the field of public speaking for members of teams qualified for the stage presentation; c) appointing a competition committee composed of five people, including: i. two representatives of employers/entrepreneurs from a given O...
