Selection of an operator for the management of the Herešin Sorting Plant for separately collected waste Selection of an operator for the management of the Herešin Separated Waste Sorting Facility The subject of public procurement is the selection of the manager (operator) of the Sorting Facility of separately collected waste Herešin, including reception, sorting, mechanical processing, baling, temporary storage and delivery of separately collected municipal waste to authorized recoverers and recyclers. Estimated value of procurement for the period of five years amounts to EUR 812, 500.00 without VAT, or a maximum of EUR 162, 500.00 per year. The stated amount represents the maximum compensation of the Client for covering the difference between the costs and income of managing the Sortirnica. The planned amount of waste at the entrance amounts to about 2, 500 t/year with a separation efficiency of 60%, in order to achieve the target amount of at least 1, 500 t/year of waste prepared for recycling. Operational fee ("gate fee") for quantities up to 2, 500 t/year taken from users included in the Agreement is 0.00 EUR/t, if the target amount of at least 1, 500 t/year of waste prepared for recycling is achieved. For quantities above the specified threshold, the operator may propose another fee with the prior written approval of the Client. Disposal costs technologically separated unusable material ("scrap") is borne by the user who delivered the waste for processing. The estimated disposal cost is around 207 EUR/t without VAT for disposal at the Piš Landfill...
