It is planned to build about 3150 sq.m. meters of the universal gym and swimming pool complex (universal gym with 500 seats, suitable for basketball, indoor football, handball, combat sports and weightlifting competitions; gymnasium for active exercise movement; gym) 1.95 hain the plot of land in the town of Joniškis. The municipality will enter into a public-private partnership agreement for a period of 18 years, of which 3 years are for the construction and design of the complex, and the remaining 15 years are for the provision of services. The design, construction and installation works of the object will be transferred to a private entity, administration and technical maintenance of the facility, management of the facility and territory, cleaning and garbage removal.
