1. The order is financed from funds under the European Funds for a Modern Economy 2021-2027 Program and from funds constituting national co-financing, in accordance with the Agreement No. FENG.01.02-IP.08-0001/25 on the financing of the Project entitled "Financial instrument (loan fund) supporting the digital and green transformation of enterprises implemented under Priority FENG.01 Support for entrepreneurs, Measures FENG.01.02 Digital Transformation Fund and Environmentally Friendly, concluded on December 11, 2025 between the Minister of Funds and Regional Policy and the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development - the Ordering Party, which serves as the "Trust Fund within the meaning of Article 2 point 20 of the Regulation (EU) No. 2021/1060 of the European Parliament and of the Council of June 24, 2021, and the Contractor within the meaning of Art. 2 point 22 of Regulation 2021/1060 of June 24, 2021, is the Financing Partner selected by the Ordering Party to provide the service consisting in establishing and managing the Specific Fund. 2.The subject of the order includes creation of the Specific Fund by the Financing Partner and its management in accordance with the conditions specified in the Draft Provisions of the Operating Agreement (PPU) constituting Regret...
