The subject of the order are services commissioned by BGK involving the implementation and management of the Financial Instrument financing investments implemented in the province. Opole Province by entities having their registered office or branch in this region (Final Recipients), i.e.: Loan with a subsidy in the form of a write-off for the implementation of ICT (hereinafter referred to as: Unit Loan/Loan).
