Tender Details

1. The subject of the order are services commissioned by BGK consisting in the implementation and management of Financial Instruments financing investments carried out in the province. Opole Province by entities having their registered office or branch in this region (Final Recipients), i.e.: a) Loan for ICT implementation, b) Loan for investment in SMEs (hereinafter referred to as: Loans). Details regarding the types of projects that may be financed are included in the Financial Instrument Metrics (hereinafter referred to as: Metrics) constituting annexes to the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (hereinafter referred to as: PPU). detailed description in SWZ

Selection of Financing Partners for the implementation of the Financial Instrument Loan for the implementation of ICT / Loan for investments in SMEs under the Trust Fund of the Opole Voivodeship

Part 1 - includes the provision of services involving the implementation and management of the Financial Instrument Loan for implementationICT implementation and granting, disbursing and settling at least 18 Unit Loans with parameters specified in the "Financial Instrument Metrics Loan for ICT implementation" from the financial contribution of the Trust Fund contributed by the Ordering Party to the Specific Fund in the total amountPLN 7, 000, 000.00 supplemented by the Contractor's own contribution in the amount declared by the Contractor at the tender stage (not lower than 5% of the capital of the Financial Instrument). The Contractor is obliged to pay out at least 40% of the Loan Limit before the end of half of the Portfolio Construction Period....
