The subject of the order is the provision of implementation services of the Specific Fund established under the Financial Instrument "Capital Entry", to which the Ordering Party and the Contractor and possibly other entities (Investors) will make a financial contribution. Performer making your own contribution of min. 1% of the declared capitalization (PLN 50, 000, 000.00), i.e. PLN 500, 000.00. When selecting the most advantageous offer, the Ordering Party will be guided by the following criteria in order from the most important to the least important: a) offer priceb) declaration of increasing the additional contribution to the Financial Instrument above the minimum specified in point IV.2c) experience of the Key Team Members in acquiring and preparing for innovative investments above the minimum specified in point VIII.1.3 b) indent 1d) experience of the Key Team Members in the implementation of projects co-financed from public funds above the minimum specified in point VIII.1.3 b) indent 2e) experience of the Key Team Members in the scope of implementing projects co-financed from public funds above the minimum specified in point VIII.1.3 b) indent 3f) that the Key Team Members have the qualifications of an investment advisor or CFA or CIIA.
