1. The subject of the contract are the services of BGK, consisting in the implementation and management of the financial instrument, a loan to improve energy efficiency for micro and small companies. Details on projects that can be financed were included in the financial instrument record (metric)constituting Annex 2 to the planned provisions of the contract (PPU). I.
