Part 1 (basic order) Part 2 (basic order) The subject of the order is the provision of services consisting in creation and management by contractors selected in this procedure (also called "Financing Partners") Specific Funds, under which each of the Financing Partners will implement a Financial Product from which Subsidies for Energy Audit will be awarded (optional) and Unit Loans (with the possibility of partial redemption of the capital of a Unit Loan) for Final Recipients on the terms specified in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (hereinafter also: "Operating Agreement" or "Agreement"), which constitute Annex No. 4 toSWZ.
