The subject of the order is the selection of Contractors (also called "Intermediaries "Financial" or "PF"), who will provide the task of implementation and management of the Financial Product commissioned by the Ordering Party - Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in the scope of 2 parts orders, i.e.: •Part 1 Regional Guarantees for SMEs, •Part 2 Regional guarantees for proper performance of the contract, quality guarantee and warranty for defects for SMEs, to which the Ordering Party will make a financial contribution from the Returned Resources of the Warmian Voivodeship - Mazury from financial instruments of the Regional Operational Program of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship for 2014-2020, from which Part I Regional guarantees for SMEs and Part IV Regional guarantees will be granted proper performance of the contract, quality guarantee and warranty for defects for SMEs and which will be returned to the Ordering Party under the conditions specified in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Operational Agreement). Parameters provided by the Contractor Regional guarantees for SMEs are specified in the Financial Product Metric Regional guarantees for SMEs and the Financial Product Metric Regional guarantees for proper performance of the contract, quality guarantee and warranty for defects for SMEs constituting Annex No. 2 to the Draft Provisions of the Agreement, which constitute Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
