Part I Orders Part II Orders The subject of the order is the provision of services by the Contractors selected in the procedure (hereinafter also referred to as Financial Intermediaries) consisting in the establishment, management and operation of the Specific Fund, for through which the Business Loan Financial Instrument will be implemented. The Financial Intermediary will provide the service in particular by granting, disbursing and settling support in the form of Unit Loans granted to qualified enterprises from the Greater Poland Voivodeship (Ultimate Recipients), as well as managing the built Portfolio of Individual Loans. The conditions under which the Individual Loans will be granted are described in the template Operating Agreement constituting the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ). Contractors who meet the conditions for participation in the proceedings, described in detail in the SWZ and who are not subject to exclusion in the cases referred to in the SWZ, may apply for the award of the Order. Ordering party allows the submission of partial offers, provided that one Contractor, regardless of whether he acts alone or as part of a consortium, may apply for the award of the Order in relation to one or both Parts of the Order by submitting a separate offer for each Part of the Order.
