"Selection of an external unit for the implementation of the project (ZIP) "Introduction of ecological, clean and integrated urban transport in the city of Plovdiv" Within the framework of the public procurement contract, the necessary external expertise should be provided to assist the organization and management of the project "Introduction of ecological, clean and integrated urban transport in the city of Plovdiv", carried out within the operational program "Development of the regions" 2021-2027, priority axis "Support for integrated urban development in the 10 urban municipalities - main centers of growth", under which the Municipality of Plovdiv is a beneficiary, with partner "Ekobus Plovdiv" EOOD. The selected contractor should provide consulting services and perform functions of providing the necessary specific expertise for the implementation of the project measures, including: participation and support in the preparation of technical specifications for the planned public procurement for the main activities within the scope of the project, expedient implementation of the set of measures related to the activities on the project, from the point of view of the specifics of the same, carrying out a financial verification of expenses, etc. The PIU should work together and support the activities of the Project Management Team (PMT) formed by the Beneficiary, whose main role will be the management of the project, and the activity of ZIP will be focused on its actual implementation.
