Tender Details

The full subject of the order is the preparation of expert assessments, their content will be the valuation of real estate owned by the Czech Republic, with the responsibility of managing the ZSVM, the land of Ostrava. The fulfillment of the order will be carried out according to the terms of the agreement with the renewal of the sum, which the contracting authority concludes with selected contractors for stock evaluated the price offers submitted by them. Rmc's agreement with the renewal of the sum will be concluded with all contractors who submit a valid offer and meet the criteria set by the contracting authority. In rmc agreements, there will be provision for the contractor's consent with a public expert opinion and an obligation to provide free cooperation to the ZSVM in case of application of any reminder from the ZSVM and these persons. The first year of the contract will not be incurred by the contractor on the basis of the entire financial limit or its value. Procedure for full public orders after the conclusion of the rmco agreement with the renewal of the sum (mini-tender). Individual parts of the public order (i.e. the processing of an expert opinion or assessment) will be operative in the form of written orders according to the needs of the contracting authority. Contact the customer's authorized person before sending the letter orders of all contractors through NEN for the submission of price offers for the production of a specific expert opinion (the mini-tender had a demand also through NEN). The entity addressed will be the specification and concretization of the subject of the order (according to the invitation to tender for minitender). Details of the further procedure are given in the invitation to tender and their areas.
